All About Personalizing Orders
We love making items that will please and surprise people in your life. If you are looking for an extra special gift for someone, consider having one of our designs personalized with a name and/or date. In our experience it’s small things like personalization that can turn a nice gift into a great gift.
Right now our personalization service is free, but we can’t guarantee how long it will remain that way. So, take those few extra minutes to contact us and let us know how we can personalize an item for you. Read below for more detailed instructions and information.
Personalized Holiday Items - Order Deadlines
April 15, 2007 - Mother’s Day Deadline
May 20, 2007 - Father’s Day Deadline
August 12, 2007 - Grandparent’s Day Deadline
September 30, 2007 - Halloween Deadline
October 25, 2007 - Thanksgiving (US) Deadline
November 13, 2007 - Christmas Deadline
*For non-holiday items (items that don’t need to be delivered by a “holiday’s date” such as Christmas), there is no ordering deadline.
Guidelines for Personalized Orders
- Due to production/shipping schedules and the volume of orders, we will not be able to take new personalized orders after the deadlines stated above.
- Orders will be completed on a first come, first serve basis so the earlier you order, the more likely you are to get the results you’d like.
Ordering Tips
- Use the personalized-order page to submit your special orders.
- When placing your order, include: your user name, user email address, the title of the item, the link to the item and the personalized name you would like on each product. Please make the item/personalized name clear so there is no confusion and you get your product as fast as possible.
- You can suggest a color and style for the letters but we can not guarantee their usage. It’s best to suggest a style with descriptive words such as plain, cursive handwriting, print handwriting, child’s writing, etc.
